Gobfu

The project was created for the Ludum Dare 55 jam on the theme of "Invocation".  It is a parody game of the isekai genre and webtoons with a reincarnation story.

Game Summary

Gobfu is a 2D puzzle platformer where you have to summon the objects of the house to get through the many traps in the cave and save the waifus.

You, the great goblin, find the great hero of the prophecy, dead before he could save the waifus. You take his belongings and find a portal directly to his world. The goblin is completely ignorant and can only find the items in the hero’s apartment (where he probably went to get a sandwich). Armed with your toilet plunger and your IKEO furniture, it’s up to you to get through the trials and tribulations of the cave and rescue the splendid waifus who are just waiting to get out of this sinister place!

Goal

Cross the level until you reach the wooden crate and complete the level.

Controls

You need to press 1,2,3,4 to summon objects that appear on the top left of the screen.

You can press W to use the toilet plunger and climb the water place.

You can press R to reload the level.

You can just press click to continue the dialogues.

Items

- The toilet plunger helps you to climb on the water surface.

- The IKEO furniture (chair, table, etc...) are physical surfaces that can be walked on.

- The sofa pushes you, it has a unique use.

- The umbrella allows you to float.

- The stick fixes objects to their position after 1 seconde.
